Lightweight Non-Woven Iron-On Interfacing for Sewing & Dressmaking

Add light structure and stability to your sewing projects with this lightweight non-woven iron-on interfacing. Designed to fuse directly onto fabric with heat, it is ideal for stabilising areas that need a little extra support without adding too much bulk.

Use this fusible interfacing for dressmaking, craft projects, collars, cuffs, facings, button plackets, waistbands, appliqué work and lightweight garment details. It helps strengthen fabric, reduce stretching and create a neater finish in both handmade garments and sewing repairs.

Available in black and white, this interfacing is suitable for use with a range of light to medium fabrics. Choose black for darker fabrics and white for pale or light-coloured fabrics.

How to apply:

  1. Place the adhesive side of the interfacing against the wrong side of your fabric.
  2. Cover with a pressing cloth.
  3. Press with an iron using heat and light steam, rather than sliding the iron.
  4. Allow the fabric to cool fully before moving or sewing.
  5. Always test on a scrap piece first to check heat, pressure and finish.
